By using the Truely Commerce website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Truely Commerce provides marketplace consulting and account management services for platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, AJIO, JioMart, Blinkit, Zepto and Swiggy Instamart. Specific deliverables, timelines and fees are defined in individual engagement agreements or written proposals.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information, product data and required access.
• Ensure your products, listings and brand comply with marketplace and applicable laws.
• Maintain ownership and legal rights to all content, brands and inventory.

3. No Guaranteed Outcomes

Marketplace performance depends on many factors outside our control including product quality, pricing, competition, marketplace policy and algorithm changes. We do not guarantee specific sales, rankings or revenue outcomes.

4. Marketplace Compliance

All work is performed in line with the applicable marketplace policies. Truely Commerce is an independent service provider and does not represent itself as a marketplace unless a specific partnership is disclosed on this website.

5. Fees & Payment

Fees are billed as agreed in the engagement. Late payments may lead to pause or termination of services. Statutory taxes apply where relevant.

6. Intellectual Property

The Truely Commerce name, logo and website content are our property. Marketplace names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only for identification.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to services is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific service in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement per the notice period agreed in writing. Access credentials and confidential materials must be returned or destroyed on termination.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Patna, Bihar have exclusive jurisdiction.
